New Construction
Our firm completes appraisals on proposed new construction. We visit the site of the proposed dwelling and complete a full appraisal from the builder’s plans and specifications. First dwelling in a new subdivision is not a problem for our appraisers. Our fees for new construction appraisals are the same as a full appraisal completed on the 1004 form.
