Our office performs appraisal services for attorneys as well as individuals involved in divorce proceedings. If you need an appraisal of the marital residence our office can perform a full appraisal with interior photographs and note any deferred maintenance and its effect on value. If interior access to the dwelling is not permitted our office can perform an exterior only appraisal for the client. We have very reasonable prices and can meet your court ordered deadlines.
